Michael Fowle

Michael Fowle is an accomplished director who has helmed several successful productions. After completing his B.A. in Applied and Contemporary Theatre from Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, Michael started a comedy group in which he produced, created, directed, several successful shows. He has also directed acclaimed plays for theatre festivals such as, Broken for the Short & Sweet Festival and Sweat of the Earth for the 2high Festival. Michael has been involved in the DC theatre community for several years producing and directing local independent work. He also served as the Executive Artistic Director of Lopez Studios, Inc. for over 5 years. In that role he directed over 10 productions.

As a director, Michael seeks to hone his craft as an artist through collaboration with a community of likeminded individuals who are interested in the constant exploration of theatre and its possibilities.
